Due to lack of participation, our Mommy + Me Yoga Class
has been cancelled on Mondays.
We are still hosting yoga on Wednesdays from 4 to 5 PM
with Instructor Teresa Coker. This class is aimed towards
Toddlers (crawlers to 5 years old).
As long as the Wednesday class has a following, we will continue to host.
